Normal Delivery Time is 10 Working Days. Opal Inlay will approximately 3-4weeks.

Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns for refund.
We will exchange jewelry. The jewelry must be returned in the same condition
as it was shipped to you and be accompanied by the exchange authorization number
and complete paper work. There is a 35 US$ charge per exchange item. Atlantis
is not responsible for any shipping charges incurred by exchanging jewlery.
No exchanges on white gold or special order merchandise. Before you return exchange
please e-mail or fax us for an exchange authorization number.

Please email our Repair Department prior to returning any goods.

All merchandise must receive an RA
No packages will accepted without an RA
Returned merchandise must be carefully packaged, accompanied by a copy of the
original invoice and itemized in full.

Custom and/or stock orders that have been altered or sized are Non-returnable.

Limited Warranty
Atlantis Jewelry is covered by a one year warranty against manufacturing defect.

Atlantis reserves the right to assess damaged jewelry sent for repair and may
charge a nominal fee for repair and replacement of parts if damaged is deemed
to have resulted from something other than normal wear and tear/manufacturing
defect.

Chargeable repairs will be carried out with customer approval.
